Abstract
The topic of performance is one of the topics that has occupied many researchers، due to its effective and significant role in human life in general and educational institutions in particular، through its positive reflections in achieving many values، such as aesthetic، awareness and educational values، and creating a communication process between the segments of society، as the research included theories of acting، its methods and types، and cognitive values، the role of the actor in achieving the response of the recipient، and the opinions of writers and authors on acting performance and its effectiveness throughout the ages in a brief manner. The researcher also addresses the importance of communication in developing and documenting social relations and enhancing belonging to the environment in which they live، and the most important people who wrote about communication and its positive impact، and the impact of media and communication in supporting social، moral and cognitive values، and acting performance is one of the most important means that achieve communication.
